NBA Feet: Richard Hamilton – Air Jordan IV White/Cement
Richard Hamilton’s ties with Jordan Brand can be traced back to his days as the scoring guard for the UConn Huskies – although during those collegiate years, he wasn’t an official representative of the brand. Once he reached the NBA, however, Rip was quickly tapped by JB and has worn some sick Air Jordan and Team Jordan PEs along the way – certainly you’ve seen his Air Jordan PEs featured on Sneaker News from time to time. More recently, Rip’s stuck with Air Jordan Retros, like the upcoming Air Jordan IV White/Cement; the shoes dont’ drop until a few days after Valentine’s Day, but it’s no surprise that the Bulls guard has ‘em early. Is it strange to see the Air Jordan IV White/Cement back on the United Center floor? Check out Rip’s kicks below and let us know what you think. via ESPN.
Yup, these were rocked on the UC floor. By Rip the other day. MJ wore these on the classic Chicago Stadium floor!
I'm not someone that follows basketball closely - what's that plastic mask he wears? Did he break his nose previously or something?
Hmm they probably cracked so he thought shit ill throw the 3s on at the half..Oh wait they cracked too dam
Hmmm... I since a comfort issue on these 4's. Maybe the pull tab in the back rubs against his leg? Cheap quality maybe?... I would not surprised if this were true. JB has neen raping us for yrs..
Model: Air Jordan Original 6 (VI) Nickname: Air Jordan OG 6 Maroons, Retail: $125.00 Release Date: 1991 Product Code: 4393 Color Code: Off White-NW Maroon Release Type: General Release Past Release: Original 1991
I am not trying to be rude but..What is your purpose for doing this? If this is your version of "Occupy Jordan"? I like the Maroon VI's just like anyone else but if you are trying to get attention you need to get organized kid. A for effort.
My only question is why he switched back the the black flip IIIs in the second half? Was it due to comfort or performance issues? Guess we'll know if he rocks them again, but he could be starting something by rocking different kicks during the game. I would do the same if I had a JB endorsement.
" that pic with him on the floor is a little amusing, especially because the focus is on his sneakers "
