Iconic 80s Rap Album Covers Featuring Classic Sneakers
We try and keep you up on what rappers and other celebs are wearing these days in terms of sneakers, but let’s keep in mind that rappers have had the trainer game on lock long before the current bubble of “sneakerhead” interest. Evidence comes here in the form of a handful of classic sneaker-featured album covers of yesteryear. Some that come to mind are Biz Markie in his Nike Air Safari, LL Cool J in some Air Jordan 1s, Three Times Dope with a mean set of Air Jordan IIIs, and the endless Run DMC x adidas moments. @dopeman978 Hell yea bro, now JB is whoring his brand out with re release after re release!
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite we are the last to play in the street ....we are THE FIRST to play video games..we walked MILES and never worried about being KIDNAPPED ..lol i learned how to prograam a vcr before anybody ..lol we rode in our parents cars wit no seatbealts and no AIRBAGS...we lived WITHOUT cell phones and we didnt have flat screens face book twiiter computers or internet....and in return we got the REAL shit,,that everybody want to duplicate but cant originate lol..
@youngballcoach @dopeman978 Whoring is such a harsh word, but I feel you! I try to look at it like they givin young kids a start at business? A kid saving his allowance to buy some shoes he likes?, why not let him make $50 if another kid is willing to pay it? Won't no such thing as " the resell game" when I was comin up?
