Nike Air Python Retro – Officially Unveiled
As promised, the Nike Air Python is coming back around some 26 years after its debut. The shoe has quite a few elements that should be familiar to footwear enthusiasts; the silhouette drawing most famously from the Air Jordan II and the Nike Air Force II. The design broke ground with its Swoosh-less facade and its lux faux snakeskin treatment, one which remains striking to long after the fact. Continue reading to see the Nike Air Python retro in better detail and watch for the white/silver combo to release this month, with the white/brown to follow in October 2013.
I'm gonna have to see them in person, I just hope the python print isn't similar to the Adidas X Jeremy Scott's that are out for the season. Cuz that one has some sort of a rainbow look to it
So these dropped in "87" probably didn't cost more than $70 dollars? And Nike is re-releasing them 26 years later at $170 dollars? That's outrageous, they pimpin for real!
I've always wanted a pair of these, now I have a chance to own them. I'm sure if Kanye is ever seen wearing these, all the hypebeasts are gonna want to have them. Lol
@Kobe Santoni They are basically a combo of the Air Jordan ll and an Air Force ll.
@Bossk It probably won't be over $100. If it is I will catch em on clearance.
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite I heard $170, too. Love the shoe but for $170+ tax, I'll pass. Maybe if they release a few more cw's and they sit will maybe lower the price on sale.
