Most of the recent Gazelle releases including a nice number of 2012 releases have come in ‘OG’ form. Three Stripes changes things up a bit by opting for this adidas Originals Gazelle 2.0, but more important than the name is the material distribution. This Fairway and Green Zest Gazelle 2 is a perfect example of why the ‘tonal’ look is so popular, and it gains extra depth from the subtle contrast between canvas upper, suede toe/eyestay and leather Stripes. You’ll want to enjoy this elegant balance up close after the jump, then grab a pair straight from adidas.

Joining a couple other adidas Originals ZX 750s that just arrived at retail is another that utilizes a different blocking template. Whereas those others utilized more of a tonal approach, these new ZX750s opt for a bold yellow contrast on the Stripes and heel counter. This accent really pops from a grey/black base, but using a straightforward primary shade means these still have a classic vibe to them. Check out more shots below, then grab yours from Eastbay.

The release of the adidas Boston Super is back on after being delayed a bit by the unfortunate tragedy surrounding the 2013 Boston Marathon. They’ve invited the entirety of their partnered Consortium retailers to take part in the giving process as well, further insuring that these pairs will do quite a bit of giving back to the city they owe their name to. No more Nike KD V Elite PEs will be hitting the floor for this season as Kevin Durant and the OKC Thunder have gone fishing. Still very much in it though is other Nike Basketball big man LeBron James, who brought out another Nike LeBron X Miami Heat flavored PE this week while taking care of the Chicago Bulls. His sneakers also continue to show up elsewhere on the feet of the dwindling players that remain in the post season-JR Smith wore the “Superhero” version and Draymond Green got in on the NIKE iD action. Dwyane Wade continued to do his thing in the Li-Ning Way of Wade Encore, and apparently inspired heat teammate Haslem to do the same. Carmelo Anthony dialed it back just a little bit, wearing the Jordan Melo M8 advance while helping to keep the Knicks alive. See all those wears and more right after the jump in this edition of NBA Feeet.
