Over the last two months alone, Air Jordan fanatics were treated with two special edition collections of the Air Jordan legacy – first the ‘Black’ Collection that we spotted at the Air Jordan XX8 Launch and the ongoing Black/Neon Green set from the #XX8DaysofFlight campaign. We can only imagine what other unreleased Jays have spilled out in incredibly limited numbers from the factories, but can our imagination stretch beyond the Rainbow Collection? Featuring a broad library of bright colors on a matte upper, the Rainbow Collection gave the Air Jordan legacy an unprecedented level of color that we can only hope makes its way to retail. Would you cop these tonal Air Jordans if they hit stores? We have a nice look at the Air Jordan V below so take a look and check out the listing from jamminjwilly1 on eBay.

Things that will never happen: Justin Bieber dressing appropriately, and a release the Air Jordan Rainbow Collection. One of the most talked about sneaker stories of the year was this legacy-wide capsule of fruity-colored Air Jordans, starting from 1, ending at XXV, and leaving us wondering why such a set would exist in the first place. The story goes that these were created as part of the 25th Anniversary tribute for 2010, and since then, these have gone in hiding, popping up at random times – either in the entire set or as lone, stray pairs. We’re getting a closer look at the Air Jordan X of that pack, which features that matte finished upper in a bright lime green upper. Feeling these at all, or are you glad these never released? Check out a full listing now from brokeonjordans on eBay.
